Absolutely. We only access the replay data you share with us — we never ask for your Riot account credentials. Your replays are used solely for coaching purposes and are not shared publicly. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, the same payment platform used by companies like Amazon and Google. We never store your payment information on our servers.

If your coaching guide isn't delivered within the promised timeframe, or if there's a significant quality issue, we offer a full refund. Contact us via email and we'll make it right. We stand behind the quality of our coaches and their work. Note that refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis once a guide has been delivered, as significant coach time goes into each personalized review.
